How do I post a compliant or compliment?
You can not post anything on our website if you are not a member.
You will need to sign up. To post something, you can press ‘Add a Post’.
What are the categories and tags section on the post section?
You have an option to choose the broad category you are talking about in your post.
(for example, if you are complaining about a mattress, you can choose that category in that section
so other people can see your post in that subject.) Tags (narrower) work the same way. This is optional as well.
Can you change, delete, or edit what you already posted?
No, but you can add comments to the thread on your post if you have any other opinions.
Can you post multiple times?
Yes but you shouldn’t post multiple times on the same incident.
(For example, if you buy something and you are not happy with it, you can create a new post.
you shouldn’t create a new post on the same purchase. If you buy something else from the same vendor,
you can create a new post.)
Why do you review my post?
We need to make sure there is no inappropriate comments on your posts before they are posted on our website.
Will your personal information show?
No. Your username will show only. If you choose a screename that is your full name, it will show.

Yes, but that means you won’t be able to see all your posts in one place.
How can the target remove their post?
You can not delete your own posts.
You will have to contact us directly and there will be a charge of $5,000.00 to remove it from our database after review by our legal department.
Do I have to sign up?
No, you don’t have to. You can access recent posts by going to our main page.
Signing up is just to post and of course also see what others post.
